These rules are disclosed to clarify the various responsibilities of all community members here on TS4 Rebels. They shall be adhered to by everyone to ensure that our board runs smoothly and provides a fun and productive experience for all of our community members and visitors.

1. General

   1. This is an adult forum.
      If you're not 18+, leave now. #
   2. English is the main language of this forum.
      Please do not chat in any other language or your messages will be removed. #
   3. No bestiality, child pornography, gore or any other "shock" content.
      This applies to screenshots as well as chatting. #
   4. Be civil and respectful.
      This includes, but is not limited to: toxic behavior, insults, personal attacks, harassment or an excessive use of swear words.
      You can simply scroll past things you do not agree with.
      Some things are not up for debate. #
   5. No creator witch-hunting.
      Don't cause problems or instigate.
      Do not insult or attack creators. Criticism is fine, constructive is preferred. #
   6. Stay on-topic and don't spam.
      Try to keep discussions in their appropriate forums. #

2. Accounts

   1. One account per person.
      We will know. #
   2. If moderators find that you are using multiple accounts, we merge or deactivate them as we see fit. #
   3. Do not attempt to use multiple accounts to make multiple requests. #
   4. Repeated infractions will result in a ban. #
   5. Your username is permanent.
      Message an admin if you feel you have a special circumstance. #

3. Requests

   1. Requests are not always open.
      We may disable requests at any point. That's just how it is.
      Do not request things in other areas of the forum.
      Don't ask us when we're turning it back on. #
   2. Do not ask for requests in random forums.
      The correct place is clearly marked Requests.
      Obvious paid content in WCIF will not be tolerated. #
   3. Do not ask for requests in private messages #
   4. Make one creator request per post and be specific about what you're looking for.
      If it's a set, let us know what's in it.
      Is it a skin and the dimples? A hat and shirt, but not the shoes or the pants? A chair, lamp, and rug?
      We don't know what comes in every set.
      If you want it, you need to give us all the information. #
   5. Limit 1 request per day/per user
      Don't be annoying or spammy #
   6. Add all the required information.
      Create a post with the name of the item + creator name.
      Include a picture and what the item is you are looking for.
      If your request is not filled out correctly, or you are spamming, it will be removed and you may lose access. #
   7. Be reasonable in the number of files you request.
      A set is okay, or 2/3 things. #
4. If you'd like to help the community by donating files, you can go to FILE DONATIONS. Click NEW TOPIC and compose a post with all of the information outlined below:
   
   Creator Name - Item Name [in Subject line]
   
   Body of post will have a preview [Please use Google if you don't know how to post BBCode images correctly] and AT LEAST 2 different upload site links.
   
   Please remember to select an attribute for the topic: build/buy, CAS, etc
   
   
   Once post is published in File Donations, staff will go over the post and make sure AT LEAST 2 different upload site links and preview are included, and then they will move the post to its permanent home in the Vault.
   
   NOTICE: When files sit in DONATIONS for a long time, there is either no Creator in the Vault (staff will create one when they have time) OR there are not AT LEAST 2 different upload site links. #
